Wisconsin Lutheran College men’s soccer alumnus Puma Galvan is in his first season as an assistant coach for the Warriors.
A standout goalkeeper for the Warriors from 2020–2024, Galvan was recognized as a United Soccer Coaches Third Team All-American in 2022, the first WLC men’s soccer player to earn All-American honors. That same year, he was named First Team All-Region, First Team All-NACC, and All-Wisconsin. The nine-time NACC Student-Athlete of the Week added Third Team All-Region honors in both 2023 and 2024, along with NACC Freshman of the Year in 2020. He finished his career with 19 shutouts and 253 saves.
Galvan was named head coach of St. Catherine’s High School boys soccer in Racine after serving as the program’s assistant coach during its 13-4-3 season in 2024. He has also coached with Elmbrook United Soccer Club since 2024, working to develop youth players across southeastern Wisconsin.
A native of Racine, Galvan graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran College in 2024 with a degree in Sports Management.
