Mike Endsley is in his seventh season as head men's volleyball coach at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Endsley is the first head coach of the Warriors' 19th NCAA Division III and Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference-sponsored sport.

The Warriors made program history in 2026, qualifying for the NACC Tournament for the first time. WLC finished 12-11 overall and 6-6 in conference play, establishing program records for both overall and NACC victories.

Sophomore Brady Pichler earned First Team All-NACC honors, while senior Drew Wempner was named NACC Honorable Mention. Both received NACC recognition for the second consecutive season.

Under Endsley's leadership, the Warriors have continued to establish new program benchmarks. In 2025, WLC won eight matches, doubling the program's previous single-season win mark and matching the program's total number of victories over its first four seasons. The Warriors also went 4-8 in NACC play and remained in contention for a conference tournament berth until the final weekend of the season.

Pichler was named NACC Freshman of the Year in 2025, becoming the first Wisconsin Lutheran student-athlete to capture a NACC major award in men's volleyball. Wempner also earned NACC Honorable Mention honors that season.

Endsley joined the Warriors' athletics staff after serving for five seasons as head coach of the boys' 13U, 15U, 16U, and 18U teams at Milwaukee Volleyball Club, where he was responsible for recruitment and in-game coaching. For three years, Endsley also assisted the boys' varsity volleyball program at Pius XI High School. The Popes were regional champions in 2018 and Woodland Conference runners-up in 2017 and 2018.

Endsley earned a bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2003 and a doctor of philosophy in pharmacology and toxicology from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2010. He has worked as a postdoctoral fellow at Northwestern University, the University of Illinois at Chicago, and the Medical College of Wisconsin since 2010.

He and his wife, Allison, live in West Allis with their son, Finn.
