Taylor Dunwell

Taylor Dunwell, a former three-time First Team All-Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference selection, is in her third season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's volleyball team. 

Dunwell arrived at Wisconsin Lutheran following an impressive four-year (2016-2019) playing career at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois. The three-time First Team All-NACC selection amassed 1,195 career kills for an average of 3.14 kills per set. Dunwell led the NACC in both kills and kills per set her junior year, recording 397 kills and averaging 4.01 kills per set. She was named to the conference's All-Freshman Team in 2016. A four-time NACC Student-Athlete of the Week, Dunwell graduated from Benedictine in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. 

A 2016 graduate of Waubonsie Valley High School, Dunwell earned all-conference recognition as a senior and was also named academic all-conference.

The Naperville, Illinois native is enrolled in WLC's Master's of Arts graduate studies program, specializing in transition to a new career in teaching. Â
