Andie Vandertie is in her fourth season as an assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College softball program.

Vandertie joined the Warriors' coaching staff after spending the 2021 season as an assistant coach at her alma mater, Alverno College. 

During her four-year (2016-2019) tenure with the Inferno, Vandertie earned Second Team All-NACC and team MVP honors following her senior season, when she hit .409 with 52 hits including seven doubles and four home runs while driving in 30 runs and scoring 14. Playing in 148 games over her four-year career at Alverno, Vandertie batted .352 with 147 hits, 74 RBI, 17 doubles, and six home runs. 

A four-year letterwinner in softball at Algoma High School, Vandertie earned First Team All-Packerland Conference honors as a sophomore. She was also a First Team All-District and Green Bay Press Gazette honorable mention selection. Vandertie was a member of the Wolves' 2013 WIAA Division 4 State Softball championship team with an 18-2 overall record.

Vandertie works at Komatsu Mining as a material planner. She earned a bachelor's degree in business and management from Alverno in 2019.
