Kaelyn Kilbo

Kaelyn Kilbo is in her second season as a graduate assistant coach for the Wisconsin Lutheran College women’s volleyball team.

Kilbo comes to Wisconsin Lutheran following a successful playing career at the University of Northwestern-St Paul. Kilbo played for four seasons (2015-2018) at UNW, where the Eagles won the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference championship every season and made three NCAA Tournament appearances, including a Final Four berth in 2016. UNW posted a 119-29 overall record during Kilbo’s four years with the Purple and Gold.

Kilbo recorded 2,066 assists and 117 service aces during her Eagles’ career, while also earning UMAC Honorable Mention, Academic All-Conference, and Sportsmanship Award honors. She graduated from UNW with a kinesiology degree with a sport management track.

An assistant coach for three seasons with Crossfire Volleyball in Champlin, Minnesota, Kilbo played two seasons of varsity volleyball at Delano High School, where the Tigers were state runner-ups in 2013.

Kilbo, who is pursuing a Master of Arts in Leadership and Innovation from WLC, lives in Milwaukee.
