Jake Venes

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

Jake Venes is a sports performance coach through Froedtert & NX Level. He graduated from UW-Milwaukee, majoring in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Biomechanics. Jake is CSCS certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, USA Weightlifting, a Performance Enhancement Specialist through National Academy of Sports Medicine and a Track and Field sprints coach. While at UW-Milwaukee, he interned for Steve Felde (now University of Minnesota’s Head Strength Coach for Men’s Basketball). He was also an intern under Mike Nitka at Muskego High School and shadowed under Loren Landow in Denver with Landow Performance (now Head Strength Coach for the Denver Broncos). Since 2018, he has been the Head Strength and Conditioning coach for Wisconsin Lutheran College’s Men’s Basketball and Women’s Volleyball programs. He enjoys working with all athletes but specializes in speed and power.
