MILWAUKEE - Jake Jankowski and Edgar Albarran
each scored a goal late in the second half as Wisconsin Lutheran
came from behind to defeat MSOE 2-1 on Saturday afternoon at
Warrior Field.
Trailing 1-0 late in the second half, Jankowski converted on a
penalty kick in the 79th minute to tie the game at one. Seven
minutes later, in the 86th minute, Albarran found the back of the
net to put the Warriors on top for good in their conference
opener.
The Raiders totaled 20 shots in the game, while the Warriors
tallied 15. Matt Eisold recorded nine saves in the contest.
Wisconsin Lutheran (3-2, 1-0 NAC) will be back in action
tomorrow when it hosts the University of Dubuque Spartans in a
non-conference game at 3 p.m.
