(WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's soccer team suffered a 4-0 setback against the Concordia Wisconsin Falcons Wednesday afternoon at Fitting Field in Mequon. The Warriors were out-shot 26-13 in the contest, with three of those shots coming against a stiff wind in the first half.

- WLC applied pressure early in the contest and Kenneth Sutton (New Berlin, Wis.) attempted a shot at the 2:20 mark that was saved by the CUW keeper.
- Following the save, the Falcons keeper sent a long pass from his box that fell to Zach Gyuricza, who found the back of the net and put the Falcons up 1-0 early in the first half.
- The hosts kept up the pressure in the first half, firing multiple shots and increased their lead to 2-0 in the 19' when Cristian Tyrpak headed home a free kick from Dagberto Diaz on a set piece.
- The Warriors were forced to defend for the remainder of the half and failed to register another shot on goal in the first half.
- Yussef Sahraoui (South Milwaukee, Wis.) nearly brought WLC back within one goal seconds into the second half, but his shot was again saved by the CUW keeper.
- Jason Cano (Delavan, Wis.) registered two shots on goal in a span of four minutes, but neither shot was able to beat the Falcons goalkeeper.
- The Falcons added a third goal in the 78' after Tyler Salvador scored off of a corner kick sent in by Simon Da-Silva.
