Box Score PLYMOUTH, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Sophomore Justin Kuffler (Moline, Ill.) scored the equalizer and later the game-winner to lead the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's soccer team to a 3-1 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference road win over Lakeland Wednesday night at a rainy Taylor Field. The win was the Warriors' first in conference play and their eighth straight over the Muskies in the all-time series.

- The host Muskies jumped out in front of the Warriors in just the 2nd minute of play on Ryoto Kinoshita's third goal of the season.
- WLC's first shot on net was successful when Kuffler knotted the score at 1-1 in the 35th on an assist from Aedon Meurer (Waukesha, Wis.). The score remained deadlocked at 1-1 through halftime.
- Kuffler and Meurer connected again in the 55th minute to give Wisconsin Lutheran the go-ahead 2-1 lead.
- The Green and White added an insurance goal in the 82nd minute on a junior Alex Rivera (Milwaukee, Wis.) goal from sophomore Jason Cano (Delavan, Wis.).
- All four shots on target in the second half came courtesy of the Warriors.
- WLC out-shot Lakeland 19-8 and 5-2 in shots on target. Kuffler and junior Jacob Bruecker (Sheboygan, Wis.) paced the Warriors with four shots each.
- Kuffler's brace gave him four goals on the season, good for second on the squad. Meurer's two assists put him at a team-leading four on the year.
- Wisconsin Lutheran collected 13 corner kicks, compared to just one for Lakeland.
- Junior Erek Lehnen (Fort Myers, Fla.) made one save and picked up his fifth win of the season.
- The Warriors won their eighth straight over the Muskies in the all-time series.
- Ryoto Kinoshita led the Muskies with three shots and one on goal. Aaron Smith made a pair of saves in net for LU.
