PINEHURST, N.C. (WLCSports.com) – Derick Disch (Greenfield, Wis.) shot a three-round total of 240 (+27) to lead the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's golf team at the 2019 Pinehurst Intercollegiate which wrapped up Sunday. The Warriors placed 14th at the tournament, facing off against 13 NCAA Division I teams.

- Johnny Kositzky Jr. (Escanaba, Mich.) tied for 82nd with a total score of 245 (+32). Kositzky fired a low round of 78 Saturday afternoon.
- Ben Landvatter (Watertown, Wis.) shot a three-day total of 252 (+39). The senior shot a 77 Sunday, the second-lowest WLC tournament score.
- Damon Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) placed 86th with a three-round 257 (+44) while Quinn Schultz (Chaseburg, Wis.) rounded out the WLC lineup with a 260 total (+47).
- WLC's third-round 320 was its lowest round at the tournament in four years.
- Clayton Tribus of Davidson took home medalist honors, firing a three-under 210 over the three-day tournament. Tribus fired a tournament-low 67 (-4) Friday afternoon. The Wildcats also took first in the team standings with a 859 (+36), 29 shots better than runner-up Radford.
- The Warriors return to the links in two weeks when they travel to St. Louis for the Showdown at Sunset hosted by Webster at Sunset Country Club.
