KOHLER, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's golf team is fourth after playing the first two rounds of the NACC Championship on Sunday and Monday at the Meadow Valleys of Blackwolf Run. The Warriors tied for the second-lowest team score of 296 on Sunday, before finishing with a 306 on Monday. Senior Solomon Zarling (West Bend, Wis.) is tied for third in the 50-player championship field at one-over.

- Zarling paced the Warriors through the opening two rounds of the championship by carding a 145. The senior fired a 72 on Sunday and finished with a 73 on Monday for a third-place tie at one-over on the par 72 course.
- Senior Trey Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) recorded a career-low 71 in the first round and is tied for seventh with a 148 after a second-round 77.
- Senior Grant Hammer (Germantown Hills, Ill.) shot three-under on the back nine on Sunday for a 76. He followed with a 78 on Monday for a 154 and 19th-place tie.
- Seniors Joey Ploch (Oconomowoc, Wis.) and James Michaelson (Crystal Lake, Ill.) rounded out the scorers for WLC with a 157 and 160, respectively.
- Seven shots separate fourth-place Wisconsin Lutheran with second-place Edgewood heading into the final two rounds of the championship in April.
