(WLCSports.com) – Senior Miriam Carreno (San Antonio, Texas) scored a career-high four goals, as the Wisconsin Lutheran College women's soccer team found the back of the net four times in each half in an 8-0 NACC road win over Lakeland on Wednesday night at Taylor Field. The win was the Warriors' sixth straight over the Muskies in their series.

- Carreno, who scored the Warriors' first three goals of the match, put the visitors on the board in the 6th minute when she beat the Muskies' keeper on a pass from freshman Ella Miller (Colorado Springs, Colo.).
- Carreno followed her first goal with her second of the half in the 18th minute on an assist from freshman Xiomara Garcia (Milwaukee, Wis.).
- The senior completed the hat trick in the 28th minute via an assist from junior Katie Wasiak (Muskego, Wis.).
- Sophomore Signe Kind (Fort Atkinson, Wis.) capped off the first-half scoring in the 32nd minute off an assist from freshman Margarita Hernandez (Carpentersville, Ill.) for the 4-0 halftime lead.
- WLC's four second-half goals all came within a 12-minute span to start the second half.
- Miller made it 5-0 in the 47th minute on her blast from 18 yards away, Wasiak found the back of the net in the 49th minute from 23 yards out on an assist from Miller.
- Garcia's 50-yard chip shot in the 56th minute from senior Maggie Stebbins (Beaver Dam, Wis.) bounced over the keeper's head to make it 7-0.
- Carreno concluded the scoring parade in the 57the minute when she scored from 10 yards out off a pass from Garcia.
- The Warriors finished with 22 shots in the match, compared to just three for the Muskies. Carreno led all players with six shots, while Wasiak tallied five.
- Sophomore Sierra Kannas (Watertown, S.D.) made one save in over 71 minutes to win her second straight match.
