Box Score MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College women's volleyball team collected its second consecutive sweep at home on Friday, defeating Cardinal Stritch 3-0 in non-conference action inside the Recreation Complex. Trailing 22-17 in the third set, the Warriors rallied for eight of the final nine points to close out the Wolves in three sets.

- The Warriors fell behind by three points early in the first set, but took their first lead at 9-8 on a kill from freshman Grace Frey (South Milwaukee, Wis.).
- The Wolves tied the set at 16-16, but WLC never trailed from then on as it led by as many as four and won the opening set 25-21. Junior Jenna Charron (Appleton, Wis.) led Wisconsin Lutheran with five kills in the first set.
- In a second set that featured 11 ties and six lead changes, the Green and White overcame a 16-13 deficit with a 12-4 scoring run, including the final six set points for a 25-20 win. The Warriors hit a match-high .406 (14-1-32) in the second set.
- WLC held an early 6-4 lead in the third set, but the tide turned and Cardinal Stritch gained its largest lead of the match at 22-17. Wisconsin Lutheran then scored eight of the last nine points in the midst of two Wolves timeouts for an incredible comeback and 25-23 win. Junior Rebecca Chavez (Chicago, Ill.) had three of the Warriors' six kills during the rally.
- Charron led all players with 12 kills in the contest, while Chavez had 10 kills and hit .409. Junior Emily Sarles (Lombard, Ill.) recorded a double-double with 19 assists and 12 digs. Freshman Karah Valerio (Pewaukee, Wis.) added 11 assists.
- Junior Ally Goba (Mukwonago, Wis.) tallied a match-high 20 digs.
