Box Score MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's volleyball team played host to St. Norbert for the first time in a NACC match on Friday night inside the Recreation Complex. The Green Knights defeated the Warriors in three sets by scores of 25-8, 25-17, and 25-19.

- The Green Knights jumped out to a 5-1 lead over the Warriors in the first set. WLC couldn't climb any closer than four points when the score read 7-3. SNC ended the opening set by scoring nine straight points to take the opener by a final of 25-8.
- Wisconsin Lutheran held a slim 2-1 lead in the second set, but six straight points from St. Norbert gave the visitors a 7-2 lead. The Green and White closed to within 14-10 following a kill from sophomore Grant Wempner (Garden Grove, Calif.). The Green Knights pushed their lead back up to eight points before a trio of Warriors points brought the score to 21-17. SNC scored the final four points of the set for a 25-17 win.
- A back-and-forth third set featured eight ties and a trio of lead changes that saw WLC hold an 8-5 advantage early on. SNC broke a 14-14 tie by scoring consecutive points. St. Norbert added a four-point rally to bring the set score to 22-17 before coming away with a 25-19 win over Wisconsin Lutheran in the third set.
- Junior Joe Flett (St. Anthony, Minn.) led the Warriors with seven kills, seven digs, and tied a team-high with two block assists. Freshman James Biedenbender (La Crosse, Wis.) passed out a school-record 19 assists in his debut in the role. Senior Sean Daniels (Racine, Wis.) also tallied a pair of block assists for WLC.
