Box Score MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) – Junior Joe Flett (St. Anthony, Minn.) recorded a career-high 12 kills and matched a career high with seven digs, but the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's volleyball team was swept in three sets on Saturday afternoon by Illinois Tech in a NACC match inside the Recreation Complex. The Scarlet Hawks won over the Warriors by scores of 25-14, 25-20, and 25-17.

- The Scarlet Hawks jumped out to a 6-1 first set lead and forced the Warriors to call their first timeout at 12-5. IIT hit a match-best .304 and went on to take the opening set by a score of 25-14 over WLC.
- Wisconsin Lutheran capped a four-point run in the second set after a service ace from sophomore Isaac Stellick (Taichung, Taiwan) to take a 7-4 lead. Illinois Tech responded with five straight points to force the Green and White into a timeout. The Warriors evened the set score at 13-13, but three consecutive points from the Scarlet Hawks put them in front. WLC closed to within a point at 18-17 after a kill from Flett, but IIT was able to prevail for a 25-20 win.
- A kill from Flett early in the third set put Wisconsin Lutheran in front 4-1. The hosts held a 7-6 lead before an Illinois Tech 9-2 scoring run gave the visitors the lead for good. The Green and White closed to within four at 18-14, but the Scarlet Hawks came away with a 25-17 third set win.
- Flett posted a career-and match-high 12 kills and led the Warriors with seven digs that tied a career high. Stellick distributed 14 of the team's 19 assists, also matching a career high. Junior Matthew Miskowski (La Crosse, Wis.) added six digs defensively.
