AURORA, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's golf team tied for the lowest score of the final round to overcome an 11-stroke deficit and claim sole possession of third place at the NACC Championship which concluded Sunday and Monday at Stonebridge Country Club. The Warriors' four-round 1,225 was their lowest in NACC Championship history. Senior Solomon Zarling (West Bend, Wis.) earned All-NACC honors with his eighth-place finish.

- Zarling tied for eighth overall in the 61-player championship field to collect All-NACC honors after a four-round total of 302. The senior posted spring rounds of 80 and 77, including an even-par 36 on Monday's back nine.
- Senior Joey Ploch (Oconomowoc, Wis.) posted the Warriors' lowest spring rounds of the championship, firing scores of 75 and 74, respectively. His two-over-par final round tied for the lowest individual round of the day, which included an even-par front nine. Ploch tied for 11th and missed All-NACC honors by just two shots with a 306.
- Senior Grant Hammer (Germantown Hills, Ill.) rebounded from a third-round 80 to card a 76 on Monday and finish with a championship total of 310 for 16th place.
- Senior Trey Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) was 25th with rounds of 85 and 88, respectively, for a four-round score of 321.
- Senior James Michaelson (Crystal Lake, Ill.) made the biggest improvement over the final two rounds. The senior recovered from a third-round 89 to post a 76 on Monday. He finished 27th with a 325 over the four rounds.
- WLC tied conference champion Aurora for the lowest team score of the spring rounds with a 303 on Monday.
- Wisconsin Lutheran, which shot a 320 on Sunday, overcame an 11-shot deficit to jump in front of MSOE for third place.
- The third-place team finish is the first for the Green and White since 2019.
