WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College was blanked by defending Midwest Conference champion Beloit 4-0 in a non-conference game on Sunday afternoon at Warriors Soccer Field.
BC scored early in the third minute of the match after a rebound goal by Mikaila Davis following back-to-back saves by WLC junior goalkeeper
Christian Casimir (Kaukauna, Wis.). Davis found the back of the net again in the 24th minute as Beloit took a 2-0 lead into halftime.Â
The Buccaneers pulled away in the second half with consecutive goals less than 0:30 seconds apart from Natalie Ortiz. BC outshot Wisconsin Lutheran 24-7 and held a 9-2 advantage in corner kicks.Â

Katie Wasiak (Muskego, Wis.) tallied three of the Warriors' seven shots in the game. Casimir made seven saves in 90 minutes for WLC.
