JACKSON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College dropped an 8-1 non-conference decision to unbeaten UW-Superior on Sunday at Pleasant Valley Tennis and Fitness Club.
The Warriors (3-9) came up short in all three doubles matches against the Yellowjackets (10-0), falling 8-4, 8-4, and 8-0.

Bryce Halvorsen (Kewaskum, Wis.) collected WLC's only victory of the day at No. 4 singles, as he won 7-6 (7-3), 7-6 (7-3). Junior
Jon Kannenberg (Butler, Wis.) suffered a three-set defeat at No. 2 singles, 6-3, 1-6, 10-8. UWS won in straight sets at the remaining four singles flights.
Wisconsin Lutheran opens its Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference schedule on Saturday, March 18 when it travels to River Forest, Illinois for a matchup against Concordia Chicago (0-6, 0-0 NACC).
