MEQUON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College went toe-to-toe with conference foe Concordia Wisconsin for the opening 45 minutes, but the host Falcons scored three second-half goals to pull away from the Warriors for a 3-0 final tally on Wednesday at Fitting Field.
WLC (4-2-1, 1-2-0 NACC), which kept CUW (2-3-2, 1-1-1 NACC) off the first-half scoreboard for the first time since 2010, battled through a scoreless opening half. Freshman goalkeeperÂ
Kallista Street (Kenosha, Wis.) made a pair of first-half saves to keep the contest scoreless.Â
Concordia Wisconsin netted the go-ahead goal in the 53rd minute of the second half from Selena Esten. Wisconsin Lutheran put four of its seven second-half shots on frame, but was unable to find the back of the net. Esten added a second tally in the 77th minute before Shay Lange finished the scoring in the 82nd minute.Â

Ella Miller (Colorado Springs, Colo.) recorded three shots to lead the Warriors, who collected eight for the game. Street finished with seven saves.
