MADISON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College fell 3-0 to Edgewood in a Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference match on Saturday at Reddan Soccer Park.
The Warriors (6-3-1, 3-3-0 NACC) fell behind 1-0 in the 16th minute to the Eagles (6-3-3, 4-2-0 NACC) when Greta Blau scored on a pass from Leah Doucette. EC accounted for the only two shots on the goal in the opening half as the score remained 1-0 through halftime.
WLC placed a pair of shots on frame in the 59th and 70th minute from sophomores
Elle Doninger (Grayslake, Ill.) and
Brooke Bluhm (New Berlin, Wis.), but the score still stood 1-0. Edgewood added a pair of goals over the final four minutes of the match from Doucette and Rylee Brotz to finish the scoring. Senior
Katie Wasiak (Muskego, Wis.) managed a final shot on frame in the 87th minute, but was turned away.

Ella Miller (Colorado Springs, Colo.) had three shots for Wisconsin Lutheran, which totaled nine for the match. Freshman
Kallista Street (Kenosha, Wis.) made three saves in a losing effort.
