DE PERE, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College was handed just its second 1-0 loss of the season on Wednesday, falling to Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference foe St. Norbert at Schneider Stadium.
The Warriors (8-4-2, 4-2-2 NACC) battled through a scoreless opening 45 minutes of action with the Green Knights, who tallied all four of the first-half shot attempts. SNC had the lone shot on goal in the 16th minute.
St. Norbert came out of halftime and netted the game's lone goal just 0:25 seconds in, as Jonathan Hill scored on an assist from Joe Meade. WLC, which was edged 8-7 in second-half shots, had a pair of shots on goal from sophomore
Hector Cervantes (Milwaukee, Wis.)Â in the 56th minute and freshman
Chris Aparicio (Des Plaines, Ill.) in the 87th minute, but both were saved.Â

Meade recorded a match-high four shots and Nate Jocz made a pair of saves for SNC (4-7-3, 4-3-1 NACC).
