WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College earned a hard-fought 0-0 draw with Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference-leading Edgewood on Saturday at Warriors Soccer Field.
The Warriors (7-2-2, 3-0-2 NACC), who recorded their third straight shutout and seventh of the season, improved on their best start in program history through 11 games.Â
Despite being out-shot 12-1 in the first half by the Eagles, who came in averaging over 4.2 goals per game, WLC senior
Puma Galvan (Racine, Wis.) made six saves to keep the match scoreless at halftime.Â

Titus Kostrzewa (Wauwatosa, Wis.) provided the Warriors with a scoring opportunity in the 61st minute, but his shot into the bottom right corner was saved.

Miguel Konde Gwo recorded a match-high six shots for EC (9-1-2, 4-0-1 NACC), which won the corner kick (7-1) and foul (14-13) count.
