WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College dropped its fall season opener to NAIA non-conference opponent St. Ambrose 6-0 on Friday at Hart Park.
The Fighting Bees (3-1) won the doubles point over the Warriors (0-1) by taking the No. 1 and No. 2 contests, 6-0.Â
WLC dropped five of six singles matches in straight sets, winning a total of five games against SAU.
Wisconsin Lutheran will resume its competition schedule in the spring with more non-conference play before league matches begin on March 23.
