MEQUON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College placed third at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Saturday, hosted by Concordia Wisconsin. The Warriors tallied 53 points over the 8K course.
St. Norbert captured the team title with 28 points, followed by Concordia Wisconsin with 51. The individual 8K champion was CUW's Isaiah Lubner, who crossed the line in 25:43.2.

Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) paced WLC with a fifth-place finish in 26:56.7. Junior
Arnold Rupnow (Watertown, Wis.) followed in ninth place (27:30.6), while senior
Josh Staggs (Oostburg, Wis.) was 13th (28:01.6). Junior
Noah Micheel (Mequon, Wis.) came in 14th (28:25.3), and freshman
Caleb Schreiber (Mukwonago, Wis.) rounded out WLC's scoring in 16th (28:41.9).
Wisconsin Lutheran returns to competition on Saturday, November 1 at the 2025 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championships at Shorewood Cross Country Course in Green Bay. The 8K race is scheduled for 11 a.m.
