MILWAUKEE, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College Athletics has announced that
Errick Brooks will be stepping down from his role as the Warriors' Strength and Conditioning Coach after four years with the department.
Brooks was WLC's first full-time strength and conditioning coach, playing a pivotal role in the development and performance of Wisconsin Lutheran student-athletes across all sports. Since joining the department, he has overseen sport-specific training programs, implemented performance-based initiatives, and contributed significantly to the overall growth of the Warriors' athletics culture. The Warriors posted their highest finish in the NACC Men's All-Sports Awards last year (fourth), while WLC was seventh of 14 for a second straight year in the NACC Women's All-Sports Awards.
"Errick has been an integral part of our department," said Director of Athletics
Jeremiah Hoffmann. "His commitment to our student-athletes' success – both on and off the field – has left a lasting impact. We are grateful for his dedication and wish him the very best in his next opportunity."
A 2022 graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College, Brooks earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
"I'm incredibly thankful for my time at WLC," Brooks said. "It has been a blessing to work with such dedicated student-athletes and coaches. I'm proud of what we've accomplished together and excited for what's ahead as I pursue a new opportunity."
A national search for Brooks' successor will begin immediately.
