NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Members of the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's track & field team competed Thursday at the Gregory Invitational hosted by North Central at Benedetti-Wehrli Stadium.
Isaac Hill (Racine, Wis./Shoreland Lutheran) and Danny Hafenstein (Lake Mills, Wis./Lakeside Lutheran) both achieved personal bests in their respective events. Hill raced in the 10,000 meters and finished in 32:21.46 for 11th place. Hafenstein's 5,000-meter time of 16:15.87 placed him 38th in the event.
The Warriors compete in their final event of the season Friday at the Augustana Midwest Twilight Qualifier in Rock Island, Ill. Events are scheduled to get underway at 4 p.m.
