LA CROSSE, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College wrapped up its 2025 men's and women's outdoor track & field season on Wednesday with student-athletes competing at both the Augustana Midwest Twilight Qualifier and UW-La Crosse Final Qualifier.
AUGUSTANA MIDWEST TWILIGHT QUALIFIER
Senior
Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) ran the 800m in 1:57.72. Sophomore
Noah Micheel (Mequon, Wis.) recorded a personal-best time of 4:13.21 in the 1500m. Sophomore
Arnold Rupnow (Watertown, Wis.) finished the 5000m in 16:08.55.
Freshman
Kirstin Neuwirth (New Berlin, Wis.) and sophomore
Rachel Homan (New Lisbon, Wis.) competed in the 1500m, posting times of 5:17.87 and 5:32.64, respectively.
UW-LA CROSSE FINAL QUALIFIER
Junior
Isaiah Krenek (Aurora, Ill.) ran the 400m in a personal-best time of 51.82 seconds. Krenek also leaped a personal-best 6.24m in the Long Jump, while junior
Damarius Lewis (Milwaukee, Wis.) came in at 5.88m in his first-ever attempt at the event. Lewis also tied a personal-best in the 200m at 24.02 seconds.
Senior
Rachel Romens (Slinger, Wis.) cleared a season-best in the High Jump at 1.59m.
WLC combined to break four school records throughout the outdoor season between both the men's and women's programs.
