Box Score WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's soccer team played its first home game since October 16, 2019, when it hosted crosstown NACC foe MSOE on Sunday night. The Raiders came away with a 2-0 shutout win over WLC at Warriors Soccer Field.

- The Raiders found the back of the net on their second shot attempt of the match just five minutes in. Konrad Knap netted his second goal of the season assisted by Carson Albert.
- The Warriors put two shots on target in the first half, from sophomore Joseph Raasch (Germantown, Wis.) in the 14th minute and freshman Ben Meaux (Franklin, Wis.) in the 41st minute. The score remained 1-0 in favor of MSOE at halftime.
- MSOE made it a 2-0 score five minutes into the second half when Joey Schauer scored his fifth of the year assisted by Lu Shi Peng Xiong.
- WLC registered two second-half corner kicks, but was held without a shot attempt over the final 45 minutes as the Raiders spoiled the home opener for the Green and White.
- Meaux and Raasch each tallied a shot on goal for WLC, which finished with three corner kicks.
- Freshman Puma Galvan (Racine, Wis.) totaled four saves, one in the first half and three in the second.
- Lu Shi Peng Xiong registered five of the Raiders' 13 shots for the match. Goalkeeper Ron Marchionna stopped the only two shots he faced for the shutout win.
- The Warriors play their second of four straight home matches on Wednesday when they host Marian (2-2-0, 2-2-0 NACC) at 6:30 p.m. The Sabres shutout WLC 2-0 last week in Fond du Lac. Live stats and video links will be available at WLCSports.com.
