CHICAGO, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - Senior
Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) set the school record in the 5000m on Saturday to lead Wisconsin Lutheran College at the Windy City Rumble hosted by the University of Chicago at Henry Crown Field House.
Micheel finished second out of 23 runners in the 5000m with a personal-best and school-record time of 15:05.50, topping teammate
Peyton Hartman's (Montgomery, Ill.) record of 15:12.59 from a year ago at the NACC Championships.
Junior
Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) placed second out of 34 competitors in the 800m with a time of 1:58.96, narrowly missing a PR by .07 seconds.Â
Freshman
Silas Ebeling (Wauwatosa, Wis.) posted a fifth-place finish among 20 entries in his first-ever 3000m with a time of 9:08.39.
