RIPON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Sophomore
Caleb Andrews (Waunakee, Wis.) tied a school record to win the High Jump and lead Wisconsin Lutheran College at the Red Hawk Invite on Saturday at the Willmore Center. The Warriors finished sixth out of 11 scoring teams with 38 points.
Andrews won the High Jump by clearing a personal-best height of 1.85m, tying Brian Sommer's school record from 22 years ago to the day.
Sophomore Michel Miller (Waukesha, Wis.) and junior
Isaiah Herried (Necedah, Wis.) finished second and third, respectively, in the 37-runner 800m. Miller posted a personal-best time of 1:59.15, while Herried was immediately behind him at 1:59.17.
Herried also placed third among 34 runners in the Mile with a personal-best time of 4:23.31.Â
Junior
Adam Kriefall (New Berlin, Wis.) came in fourth in the 5000m with a time of 16:39.17.

DeShawn Wells (Sioux City, Iowa), sophomore
Elijah Franklin (Milwaukee, Wis.), and freshman
Zachary Tipton (Milwaukee, Wis.) placed sixth with a time of 1:41.08.
WLC travels to the University of Chicago next Saturday to compete in the Windy City Rumble. Events are scheduled to start at 11 a.m.
