WHITEWATER, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Members from the Wisconsin Lutheran College men's and women's outdoor track & field teams competed on Thursday at the Drake Alternative hosted by UW-Whitewater at Foster Track.
Freshman
Arnold Rupnow (Watertown, Wis.) placed third in the 5000m after setting a new personal best time of 15:34.31. Freshman
Silas Ebeling (Wauwatosa, Wis.) was eighth in the event with a time of 15:56.78.
Senior
Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) finished fifth in his first 1500m of the season with a time of 3:59.10. Senior Jadan Schultz (Havana, Ill.) recorded a personal-best time of 4:09.32 in the same race.
Sophomore
Abuchi Osuala (Milwaukee, Wis.) posted the second-fastest 100m time in program history of 10.97 seconds, also good for a personal best and fourth-fastest in the NACC this season.
Senior
Ashlee Mueller (Fredonia, Wis.) came in sixth in the 800m with a time of 2:24.72, narrowly missing out on a season best in the event.
Junior
Autumn Przybyla (Belvidere, Ill.) recorded a new personal-best mark in the Javelin of 27.09m.
WLC will also send select athletes to the St. Norbert Invitational on Saturday in De Pere. Events are scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. A live results link can be found at WLCSports.com.
