Zeke Micheel (Salt Lake City, Utah) broke his own school record in the 1500m at the St. Francis Fighting Chance Invitational on Friday, headlining the Warriors' performances across a pair of last chance meets this weekend.
St. Francis Fighting Chance Invitational
Micheel finished the 1500m with a school-record time of 3:52.63, breaking his own school record of 3:55.54 from the Carius-Gregory Invitational on May 13, 2022. The mark is the second-fastest in the NACC this season.
Senior
Peyton Hartman (Montgomery, Ill.) also posted a personal-best time of 14:59.55 in the 5000m. Sophomore
Elijah Franklin (Milwaukee, Wis.) registered a personal-best leap of 5.85m in the Long Jump. Freshman
DeShawn Wells (Sioux City, Iowa) recorded a time of 12.67 seconds in the 100m.
Junior
Autumn Przybyla (Belvidere, Ill.) competed in the Javelin with a mark of 25.64m.Â

Emily Herried (Necedah, Wis.) posted a time of 2:35.00 in the 800m, while freshman
Rachel Homan (New Lisbon, Wis.) eclipsed a personal-best time in the 1500m of 5:33.36.Â
WLC will next compete in the Augustana Midwest Twilight Final Qualifier on Wednesday and Thursday in Rock Island, Illinois.
