MILWAUKEE (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College finished fourth at the MSOE Invitational on Saturday at Brown Deer Park Golf Course.
The Warriors carded a score of 403 competing against the same four teams for the second straight day. Junior
Kaylea Affeld (Watertown, Wis.) tied for 10th in the 28-player field with a 92 to lead WLC. Sophomore
Madison Wagner (Green Bay, Wis.) was 15th with a 97.
Freshman
Macy Grover (Janesville, Wis.) finished with a 106, while senior
Rebecca Schildgen (Beloit, Wis.) finished with a 108. Freshman
Lucia Giurdanella (Downers Grove, Ill.) and junior
Brynn Boche (Ixonia, Wis.) tallied scores of 114 and 127, respectively.
Lake Forest won the five-team event with a 342. Ashlyn Bhatia of Lake Forest earned medalist honors with an 81 (+9).
Wisconsin Lutheran competes in the Benedictine Invitational on Tuesday at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club in West Chicago, Illinois. Tee time is scheduled for 10 a.m.
