College men's tennis team was defeated by the Dominican University
Stars 6-3 on Friday at Taylor Park.
Alex Allister (Lake Mills, Wis./Lakeside Lutheran) topped
Emmanuel Rabaya at No. 1 singles 6-2, 6-7 (4-7), 11-9. Jon Fricke
(Baraboo, Wis./Luther Preparatory) earned a 3-6, 6-1, 10-2 win over
Pedro Vallejo at No. 4 singles.
Allister and Nick Aiello (Delevan, Wis./Delevan Darien) teamed
at No. 1 doubles to defeat Rabya and Matt Sarantopoulos 8-6.
WLC had to forfeit its matches at No. 5 and 6 singles and No. 3
doubles.
Wisconsin Lutheran (0-3) hosts the Concordia University Chicago
Cougars on Saturday afternoon at the Princeton Club.
