Warriors Fall To Knights At PTR Spring TennisFest

HILTON HEAD ISLAND, S.C. (WLCSports.com) – The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's tennis team suffered a 6-3 setback against the Arcadia Knights Tuesday night in its third match of the PTR Spring TennisFest in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

• Final Score: Arcadia 6, Wisconsin Lutheran 3
• Records: Wisconsin Lutheran (0-4), Arcadia (3-7)
• Location: Chaplin Community Park, Hilton Head Island, S.C.

• The doubles team of Jonny Wordell (Mequon, Wis.) and Matt Plaski (Milwaukee, Wis.) earned an 8-6 win at the No. 1 doubles position. It was the duo's second straight win of the season.
• Plaski also won 6-1, 6-1 in the No. 2 singles slot while Tyler Fahney (Hartford, Wis.) earned a 6-1, 6-2 victory at the No. 3 singles. Fahney picked up the first win of his collegiate career.

• The Warriors conclude play at the PTR Spring TennisFest tomorrow when they take on Marietta (3-3) at 3:30 p.m. CST.
