Warriors Drop NACC Dual To Crosstown Raiders

GLENDALE, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's tennis team was defeated by crosstown NACC foe MSOE, 9-0, Thursday afternoon at Elite Sports Club-North Shore.

• Final Score: MSOE 9, Wisconsin Lutheran 0
• Records: Wisconsin Lutheran (0-8, 0-4 NACC), MSOE (6-7, 3-0 NACC)
• Location: Elite Sports Club-North Shore, Glendale, Wis.

• The Raiders opened the match by taking all three doubles flights from the Warriors. WLC's No. 1 team of Jonny Wordell (Mequon, Wis.) and Matt Plaski (Milwaukee, Wis.) fell 8-2.
• Wisconsin Lutheran dropped all six flights of singles play to MSOE. Wordell provided the closest contest of the afternoon, falling 6-3, 6-2 at No. 1.

• The Warriors remain on the road Saturday for two more conference dual matches in suburban Chicago. WLC plays Concordia Chicago (0-2, 0-2 NACC) at 10:00 a.m. and Dominican (4-4, 2-2 NACC) at 2:00 p.m.
