Falcons Sweep Warriors Monday In Mequon

MEQUON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - The Wisconsin Lutheran College men's tennis team resumed its suspended NACC match with Concordia Wisconsin from last Wednesday after weather delayed the contest. The Falcons finished the sweep over the Warriors 9-0 on Monday at the CUW Tennis Courts.

• Records: Wisconsin Lutheran (1-5, 0-2 NACC), Concordia Wisconsin (4-6, 2-1 NACC)
• Location: CUW Tennis Courts, Mequon, Wis.

• The Falcons began match play by winning all three doubles flights over the Warriors by scores of 8-2, 8-1, and 8-1.
• CUW also swept through singles action in straight sets. WLC's closest match of the day came at No. 4 singles where freshman Jon Kannenberg (Butler, Wis.) won four games in his second set, but fell 6-0, 6-4.

• Concordia Wisconsin's top player, Logan Snyder, won 6-0, 6-0 at No. 1 singles and teamed with Nolan Rademacher for an 8-2 win at No. 1 doubles.

• The Warriors return to the courts on Saturday for another NACC match against Illinois Tech (3-0, 3-0 NACC). Opening serve is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Princeton Club in New Berlin.
