WEST ALLIS, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College placed second out of 11 scoring teams at the Warrior Invitational at Greenfield Park on Saturday.
The Warriors were second with 97 points, 10 points better than third-place Harper. Northwestern won the event with 69 points. Lilly Alberts from Harper was the top individual 6K finisher in the 77-runner field with a time of 24:12.8.

Brooke Graesslin (Janesville, Wis.) was the Warriors' top placer, finishing seventh overall with a time of 25:05.1. Junior
Ashlee Mueller (Fredonia, Wis.) placed 12th with a time of 25:40.2, senior
Emily Herried (Necedah, Wis.) came in 21st with a time of 27:05.0, freshman
Grace Adickes (Crete, Ill.) finished 28th with a time of 28:07.3, and sophomore
Louisa Felgenhauer (Lusaka, Zambia) was 32nd with a time of 28:46.9.
WLC will race next Saturday, October 8 at the Gene Davis Invitational at Reid Municipal Golf Course in Appleton. The women's 6K race starts at 11 a.m.
