WEST ALLIS, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College finished fifth out of 10 teams at the Wisconsin Private College Championships on Saturday at Greenfield Park.
The Warriors, who had two runners finish inside the top 20, scored 125 points. Ripon totaled 30 points and had three runners place in the top five to win the team title. Carroll's Elizabeth Reddeman won the 6K race with a time of 22:58.2.Â
For WLC, senior
Brooke Graesslin (Janesville, Wis.) finished eighth overall out of 95 runners with a time of 24:29.2. Junior
Ashlee Mueller (Fredonia, Wis.) placed 16th with a personal-best time of 24:55.6 and freshman
Grace Adickes (Crete, Ill.) was 28th with a season-best time of 26:13.9. Sophomore
Louisa Felgenhauer (Lusaka, Zambia) came in 51st with a season-best time of 28:09.7 and sophomore
Faith Boerner (Andover, Minn.) finished 53rd with a personal-best time of 28:15.0 to round out the team scoring.
Wisconsin Lutheran competes in the 2022 NACC Championships on Saturday, October 29 in Geneva, Illinois. The women's 6K race at Northwestern Medicine Cross Country Course starts at 11 a.m.
