WAUWATOSA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College competed Friday at the Augustana Meet of Champions and Saturday at the Marquette Invitational. The Warriors scored six points at Friday's event and 23 points Saturday at Raabe Stadium.
Senior
Brooke Graesslin (Janesville, Wis.) posted a season-best time of 2:20.17 in the 800m on Friday for fourth place, good for the second-fastest time in the NACC this season.
Junior
Janae Jensen (Slinger, Wis.) finished fourth in the 200m (27.12) and eighth in the 100m (13.26) on Saturday.
Junior
Ashlee Mueller (Fredonia, Wis.) was fourth in the 400m on Saturday with a personal-best time of 1:03.48.
Sophomore
Rachel Romens (Slinger, Wis.) leaped to fourth place in the Triple Jump (10.06m) and fifth place in the Long Jump (4.87m) on Saturday.
Senior
Kayla Pagel (Kenosha, Wis.) came in eighth on Saturday in the Hammer with a toss of 37.42m.
Freshman Alyssa Lemke placed eighth in the High Jump with a personal-best height on Saturday of 1.35m.
WLC travels to De Pere next Saturday, April 29 for the St. Norbert Invitational. Events begin at 10:30 a.m. inside Donald J. Schneider Stadium.
