WHITEWATER, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College had five athletes compete at the UW-Whitewater Drake Alternative on Friday at Rex Foster Track.
Junior
Janae Jensen (Slinger, Wis.) posted a personal-best time in the 100m prelims of 12.70 seconds for third place among 39 finishers. In the 100m final, she was fourth with a time of 12.82 seconds. Jensen was also fifth among 45 entries in the 200m with a time of 26.17 seconds, just .01 seconds off her personal best.
In the 800m, senior
Brooke Graesslin (Janesville, Wis.) ran a season-best time of 2:18.98 for third place in the 31-runner field.
Sophomore
Rachel Romens (Slinger, Wis.) cleared a personal-best in the High Jump (1.38m) and sophomore
Autumn Przybyla (Belvidere, Ill.) clocked a personal-best in the 100m (14.38).
WLC will compete tomorrow at the St. Norbert Invitational in De Pere. Events start at 9:30 a.m. inside Donald J. Schneider Stadium.
