LAKE GENEVA, Wis. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College competed on Monday and Tuesday at the Carthage Firebird Fall Classic at Hawk's View Golf Club. The Warriors finished 16th with a two-round tournament score of 333-331--664.
Sophomore
Luka Stojadinovic (Oak Creek, Wis.) led WLC with a two-day 81-82--163. Freshman
Brayden Bode (Oak Creek, Wis.) finished one shot back with a 82-82--164, and freshman
Brycen Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) finished right behind with a 85-80--165. Sophomore
Darren Niedfeldt (Beloit, Wis.) carded a 85-88-173, and sophomore
Tim Valerio (Pewaukee, Wis.) rounded out the lineup with a 91-87--178.
Aurora won the 17-team tournament with a two-day team total of 295-285--580. Caleb Negley of Aurora earned medalist honors in the 96-player field with a 70-70--140 (-4).
