MUNDELEIN, Ill. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College tied for 12th at the 20-team Forester Spring Invitational played Friday and Saturday at Countryside Golf Club.
The Warriors carded a two-day team total of 304-302—606 (+30) to tie for 12th in the 20-team field. Aurora topped the tournament field by three shots over host runner-up Lake Forest with a 282-279--561 (-15). Tyler Wengronowitz of Lake Forest earned medalist honors in the 107-player field by two strokes with a 68-66--134 (-10).
Senior
Luke Movrich (Appleton, Wis.) tied for 26th to lead WLC with a two-day total of 73-73--146 (+2). Junior
Riley Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) and freshman
Isaiah Schaser (Newburg, Wis.) both tied for 52nd with a 76-75--151 (+7).
Freshman
Brayden Bode (Oak Creek, Wis.) tied for 88th with a 79-80--159 (+15), and senior
Kale Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) was 92nd with an 81-79--160 (+16).

The Warriors tune up for the final two rounds of the NACC Championship with the St. Norbert Invitational on Monday at Green Bay Country Club. Tee time is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
