AURORA, Ill. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College copped a third-place finish at the 2024-2025 Northern Athletics Collegiate Conference Championship which wrapped up with the final two rounds on Sunday and Monday at Stonebridge Country Club.
The Warriors, who matched their highest conference championship finish in the last three years, fired rounds of 312-306 to finish with a four-round total of 1,255. WLC carded the second-lowest final round score, and its eighth-best of the season, to finish 28 shots ahead of fourth-place MSOE at the 10-team championship.
Freshman
Isaiah Schaser (Newburg, Wis.) earned All-NACC honors with a sixth-place finish. Schaser shot a 78-75 to finish with a four-round 305. Junior
Riley Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) was 12th with a 322 after recording rounds of 74-82. Freshman
Brayden Bode (Oak Creek, Wis.) tied for 15th with a 326, but posted Wisconsin Lutheran's lowest final two round totals of 75-77.

Brycen Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) was 28th with a 337 following rounds of 92-88, and senior
Kale Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) tied for 34th with a 341 with an 85-83.
Senior
Luke Movrich (Appleton, Wis.), who played only the final two rounds of the championship, tied for the lowest tournament round on Monday with an even-par 72.
Aurora won its eighth straight conference championship with a four-round score of 1,187. Jackson Hulsey of Aurora claimed individual medalist honors by four strokes with a 298.
The Warriors play their final event of the season on Friday at the Edgewood Spring Quadrangular. Tee time is scheduled for 9 a.m. at Bishops Bay Country Club in Middleton.
