MIDDLETON, Wis. (WLCSports.com) – Wisconsin Lutheran College wrapped up its 2024-2025 season on Friday by tying for third at the Edgewood Spring Quadrangular at Bishops Bay Country Club.
The Warriors, who shot a 311 (+23) in their final event of the season, tied with host Edgewood at the four-team event. UW-Stout shot a 291 (+3) to win the event by 15 shots over second-place MSOE. Cameron Lee and Dalton Anderson of UW-Stout shared medalist honors with a 71 (-1).
Freshman
Isaiah Schaser (Newburg, Wis.) tied for seventh to lead the Warriors with a 75 (+3). Seniors
Kale Gnewikow (Warrens, Wis.) and
Luke Movrich (Appleton, Wis.) tied for 13th with rounds of 78 (+6). Junior
Riley Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) tied for 18th with an 80 (+8), and freshman
Brayden Bode (Oak Creek, Wis.) tied 28th with an 86 (+14).
Individually, sophomore
Luka Stojadinovic (Oak Creek, Wis.) tied for ninth with a 76 (+4), junior
Luke Capstran (Oak Creek, Wis.) tied for 18th with an 80 (+8), and sophomore
Darren Niedfeldt (Beloit, Wis.) was 23rd with an 82 (+10).
WLC concludes its 2024-2025 season with two event victories and three runner-up finishes.
