WEST DUNDEE, Ill. (WLCSports.com) - Wisconsin Lutheran College's
Brycen Tanzi (West Bend, Wis.) finished third overall to lead the Warriors at the Judson Fall Invitational on Friday at Randall Oaks Golf Club. The Warriors placed 17th with a 322 (+38) in the 28-team field.
Tanzi, who carded a career-low 71 (E), finished third overall out of 144 players. He bested his previous career-low round of 75 from a season ago.
Junior
Tim Valerio (Pewaukee, Wis.) tied for 62nd with an 80, junior
Darren Niedfeldt (Beloit, Wis.) tied for 73rd with an 81, sophomore
Noah Weidner (Columbus, Wis.) tied for 128th with a 90, and sophomore
Caleb DeRuiter (Milwaukee, Wis.) tied for 131st with a 92.
Carroll edged Wheaton (IL) by one shot with a 295 (+11) to take home the 28-team title. Nooa Hakela of Elgin Community College and Wyatt Pfeiffer of Marian shared medalist honors with a 69 (-2).
