Garrick Day, a four-year (2011-2014) starter on the Wisconsin Lutheran College baseball team, became just the second player in program history to garner three straight First Team All-Conference honors. The right-handed pitcher and infielder twirled a school and conference-record 0.64 earned run average as a senior in 2014. In 42.0 innings on the mound, Day boasted the lowest ERA in NCAA Division III by allowing just three earned runs. A First Team All-Region selection in 2014, Day was a member of the only back-to-back 20-win teams in program history. He holds several program records, including career earned run average (3.65), runs scored (124), and walks (79). The Elk Mound, Wisconsin, native is also second in program history in stolen bases (74), third in games played (144), on-base percentage (.424), and wins (12), and fourth in complete games (11). The four-time NACC Scholar-Athlete and three-time conference Student-Athlete of Week also holds single game records for at-bats (7) and assists (11).
