Paula (Stelter) Lober is one of the most dominant athletes in Wisconsin Lutheran College volleyball history. A four-time All-Lake Michigan Conference selection from 1990-1993, Lober helped lead the Warriors to four straight conference titles, as WLC posted an 80-36 overall and 32-2 conference record during her four-year tenure. The three-time LMC Player of the Year (1991-1993) earned NAIA Third Team All-American honors in both 1991 and 1992. She was also named NAIA All-District 14 from 1990-1993 and NAIA District 14 Player of the Year in 1992. Lober rewrote the record books while at WLC, setting career records for kills (1,471) and attack percentage (.315). She is second all-time in total blocks (409) and block assists (243). Lober holds the top two spots for kills in a season with 547 in 1991 and 456 in 1992. She also set individual season records for kills per set (5.12) in 1992 and attack percentage (.370) in 1990. During the 1991 season, Lober helped lead her team to a program-record 26 wins.
